This band of travelers and Tulum natives is actually a group of sustainable community developers, permaculturists, healers, and yogis helping preserve the healing, ecological, and spiritual ways of the Maya people in the Tulum-area jungle.  This area is very open to the Movement to Reverse Diabetes Naturally and live food nutrition.  This is one of the first places we will show Simply Raw when it is translated into Spanish.

Second from the left is Architect Oscar Romo, who is the subject of my first documentary, Ecoparque, produced 1999-2000, and the co-producer of my third venture into directing video for Bailagua Fronteriza. Romo is a presidential advisor on environmental topics Mexico and a senior researcher at the TRNERR.  In the process of working with Romo, I was a present witness to key binational and municipal decisions effecting water resources, waste, riparian and estuarine habitat, civic environmental engineering, and watershed management.

 

 

 Visionaries in many ways - WholeLife, Sacred Commerce, Urth TV, Emotional Alchemy, Re-Fashion Your Life, and many other tools for the modern spiritual social entrepreneur, Ayman Sawaf and Rowan Gabrielle influenced me to see the connection between emotions, global transformation, technology, and business in completely different way while we helped create the Culture of Life Community, one of the first networks on WholeLife.com.

 

 

 

Once I dedicated my heart to the feeling of devotional, spiritual music, I sure got to play and chant with the best!  Here I am playing drums and chanting with Bhagavan Das, the man and the devotee who helped bring kirtan music to America in 1963, mentored Ram Das, and has played at leading edge of world music including recording on Jimi Hendrix label.  Had timing worked out differently, I would have accepted his invitation to tour together after we both moved on in our lives from our time together at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center.

 

 

 

 

  Parashakti (left), with her husband Fabian, right, is a healing and spiritual force in New York City and beyond.  A yogi and shaman at Jivamukti School, a Spirit Dance and Dance of Liberation facilitator, co-organizer of the 2010 Juice Fast for Peace NYC, and founder of the Planet Superheroes NYC.   Michael has worked with her in Spirit Dance and Dance of Liberation, and in initial organizing of Green Superheroes and the Juice Fast for Peace NYC.
