Is this THE Twitter Bird?

  Here is my story:

When I moved into the cottage I rent, the person I leased it from told me, "We call that cottage the Twitter Room, because one of the founders of Twitter lived there while he was inventing Twitter!"

After the first night i spent there, I got up, and walked out the door to get outside...Ouch!! I banged my head on a hanging chunk of ceramic.  Shaking off my head-pain, I looked closer and saw it was a sweet hanging bird. "That's a nice touch," I thought.  Here's another angle:

So I had a routine of ducking out of the way of the hanging bird when I got up in the morning and opened the cottage door. Until one day, as my eyes passed close to this bird, it dawned on me:

"That bird looks familiar.  Where have I seen a bird of that shape before? Wait, I know, it looks the bird on...."

"Whoa, ...Twitter!"

It looks like the Twitter bird!  And I was told that this was the Twittter Room, the cottage where one of the Twitter founders lived and worked on inventing Twitter.

The question is now asked, "Is this the original Twitter bird?"  Was this bird put there as a mark, in the inspiration and celebration of inventing Twitter?

Or, if this bird was hanging at this cottage a few years ago as it is now, could this bird have inspired the logo, and even possibly the name, for Twitter?

The story is not quite over; I am quite known for having hopes of using creative media and technology to bring profound healing on Earth, as you can see on the other pages on my site here.

So I take it as a good sign that I am working out of the Twitter Room, whether or not this is the Twitter Bird.
